Radiology Consultants, P.A. It was developed in response to the
needs and demands of specialized healthcare delivery and effective
management. It realized that a potent parent organization was needed
to upgrade collections from third party payors, to improve revenue
management, and to pursue consolidated system development strategies
with market strength. Q. What can Alliance Healthcare Systems
offer a physician's practice? A: As a larger management services
entity, we provide top-of-the-line professional management, financial
services, recruiting and placement of personnel, centralized purchasing,
and a full complement of state-of-the-art radiological services.
AHS can negotiate adequate reimbursement and prompt pay schedules.
We can provide marketing and development for physician practices
in conjunction with other partners, thus managing costs more effectively
and increasing revenues more aggressively. Q. Where are Alliance Healthcare
Systems entities located? A: AHS is a Houston, Texas based
organization with three regional medical center locations, an executive
headquarters and two management operation sites for revenue management
and finance. Our Northern location is at the Conroe Medical Center
and our Southern sites are in Pasadena at the Bayshore Medical Center
and Triumph Hospital in Channelview. Q. Why might someone partner with
Alliance Healthcare Systems? A: With capable management, carefully
selected partnerships, joint-ventures and state-of-the-art services
in all areas (non-medical, radiological, and other specialties),
AHS plans to become the region's pre-eminent provider of medical
imaging and allied clinical fields as well as overall business administration

being developed? A: Through alliances, either by mergers,
joint ventures, and other affiliations with quality radiology practices,
other physician practice groups, and related business entities.
Expanding practice contracts are being developed with HCA and Triumph
Hospitals. All AHS system affiliates interact with radiology services
and can partner in multiple clinical and management settings.
